Florence School of Regulation - Water & waste area The FSR was founded in 2004 by three European regulators in the energy sector. The FSR provides a European forum where policy and business decision-makers, regulators, regulated companies and academics from different countries can meet, allowing cross-country interaction, as well as the sharing of national experiences and best practises. Along with its Energy & Climate, Transport, and Communications & Media areas, the FSR launched the Water area in January 2014 to focus on issues related to the regulation of the water sector. In July 2020, the Water area was renamed Water & Waste area to include issues related to the regulation of the municipal waste sector. | ||
