By participating to the online event I do hereby authorize Fondazione per l’Ambiente T. Fenoglio (FA) and those acting pursuant to its authority to:

a. Record my participation and appearance on video tape, audio tape, film, photograph or any other medium
b. Use my name, visual likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with the recording mentioned in (a)
c. Exhibit or distribute the data in (a) and (b) using FA's web site, or any other channel, in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any educational purpose which FA and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate
d. To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same material, the whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other illustration, promotion and advertising
e. To use my name in connection therewith if FA and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate.

I hereby release and discharge FA from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel.
