Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of ISCTE Business School and a researcher at BRU-IUL. His main research interests are in environmental and natural resource economics, especially in the area of water management and applied microeconometrics. He also worked as a consultant for the European Commission, the River Basin Authorities of Alentejo and Algarve and the Regional Government of Madeira.
