Professor of public and local finance at the Doctorate School of Management of Public Finance (University of Tlemcen), at the National School of Management of Algiers and at the University of Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou. She is also Research Director at the REDYL Laboratory, a research centre focused on economics of  reforms and local dynamics. She is interested in the evaluation of local public policies and is actively involved in programs of international cooperation in the field of sustainable management and development of local areas.
