Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of ISCTE Business School (ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa). Her main research interests are in environmental and natural resource economics. She’s the vice-president of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. She has worked as a consultant for INAG (Portuguese Water Authority), the Portuguese Environment Ministry, the European Commission and the River Basin Authorities of Alentejo and Algarve.
